The receptionist can help you with scheduling appointments,
obtaining information from this office, and keeping you informed
as to how the clinic is progressing.
The office nurse can schedule your surgery and testing, answer
medication questions, answer preoperative and postoperative
care questions, relay information to Dr. Beal, and check
with your insurance company to determine if pre authorization
or
a second surgical opinion is needed for you.
The bookkeeper can answer all your billing questions and can
address other financial concerns you may have.
If you call before or after scheduled office hours and need
to speak with Dr. Beal, you can leave a message and the office
will call you back at the earliest convenience. In an emergency,
go directly to the Emergency Room.
The doctor on-call will attend to your needs while Dr. Beal
is located. |
